Industrial dust-free paper correct use method and cleaning

    3. Dust-free paper can be wiped with solvent or directly 

    4. The dust-free paper should be kept flat and not rubbed during use. When moving and wiping, try to make the fiber of the paper completely contact with the wiping surface. Make sure to wipe in the same direction, and do not repeat wiping back and forth. 

    5. When using high-end dust-free paper, the inner packaging bag must be opened in a clean environment, and the packaging bag should be cleaned (especially the opening) before unpacking

    Two main characteristics of dust-free paper:

    First, the raw material is wood pulp fiber;

    The second is the use of air-laid technology. According to the different reinforcement technology, its raw materials and uses are different, the following are introduced separately.   

    1. Chemical bonding method: The chemical bonding method uses 100% wood pulp fiber (fluff pulp) as the raw material. After the fibers opened into a single fiber state are air-laid, the water-soluble adhesive is sprayed onto the fiber by spraying. The surface of the net is then baked and reinforced into a cloth, that is, a dust-free cloth. The main uses of the products are industrial wipes, feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, tablecloths, wet facial towels and cooking cloths.

    2. Dust-free cloth thermal bonding method: thermal bonding method is to mix hot-melt fibers in the fluff pulp fibers, the mixing ratio is generally not less than 15%, after air-laid into the web, through hot air or hot rolling to make the fiber web low Melting-point fibers melt to strengthen the web into a cloth. Because the non-woven fabric of thermal bonding method does not contain chemical adhesives, the product has better bulkiness and hygroscopicity, and is mainly used as an absorbent core for high-absorbency sanitary products and thin women's sanitary napkins.
