Introduction to the use of imported dust-free cloth

The dust-free cloth is made of double braided 100% polyester fiber. The surface is soft and easy to wipe sensitive surfaces without rubbing off the fibers. Product cleaning and packaging are completed in the ultra-clean workshop. The optional edge banding of dust-free cloth is generally: cold cutting, laser edge banding, ultrasonic edge banding. Microfiber dust-free cloth is generally superior in edge banding with laser and ultrasonic.

1. When using and unpacking, dust-free gloves and masks are required.

2. The dust-free cloth can be wiped with solvent or wiped directly for convenience.

3. When wiping, the four sides of the dust-free cloth should be wrapped inside. Do not touch the surface area of the wipe with the edge of the dust-free cloth.

4. When using excellent dust-free cloth, the internal packaging bag must be unpacked in a clean environment, and the packaging bag must be cleaned before unpacking, especially the opening must be kept clean.

5. When used in operation, the dust-free cloth must be kept flat and not rubbed. When moving and wiping, try to make full contact with the fibers of the cloth and the surface of the wipe. Do not wipe back and forth repeatedly.
