Production technology between different dustless cloth

1. Spunbond dustless cloth

2. Meltblown dust-free cloth

It is a kind of dry dust-free cloth. Needling dust-free cloth is to use the puncture effect of the needle to strengthen the fluffy fiber net into cloth.

4. Sewed dustless cloth

It is a kind of dry dust-free cloth. The sewing method uses the warp knitting coil structure to reinforce the fiber net, yarn layer, non-woven material or their combination to make the non-woven cloth.

5. Water thorn dust free cloth

It is to spray high-pressure micro water into one or more layers of fiber nets, so that the fibers are entangled with each other, so that the fiber nets can be strengthened and have a certain strength.

6. Heat sealing dust-free cloth

It refers to adding fiber like or powder like hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to the fiber mesh, and then heating, melting and cooling the fiber mesh to form a cloth.

7. Pulp air flow into a mesh of dust-free cloth

It is called dust-free paper and dry paper-making non-woven fabric. It uses the air flow forming net technology to loosen the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state. After that, the fibers are agglomerated on the web curtain by air flow method, and then the web is reinforced into cloth.

8. Wet dustless cloth

The fiber material placed in the water medium is opened into a single fiber. At the same time, different fiber materials are mixed to make fiber suspension slurry. The suspension slurry is delivered to the meshing mechanism, and the fiber is meshed in the wet state and then reinforced into cloth.
